The JET Touch, LLC provides OSHA/CAL OSHA Training with certified trainers through the OSHA Training Institute (OTI). We do this in a way that is engaging, inclusive of attendee participation and is memorable; in a way that emphasizes workers go home the way they came, ALIVE!
The OSHA Outreach Training Program provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards. Outreach classes also provide overview information regarding OSHA, including workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.
In addition, under an agreement with OSHA, California (Cal OSHA) operates an occupational safety and health program according to Section 18 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. The Department of Industrial Relations administers the California Occupational Safety and Health Program, commonly referred to as Cal/OSHA.
The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is the main administrator of the program, which supervises implementation and consultation of Cal OSHA
Additionally, the plan has an independent Standards Board accountable for the promulgation of state safety and health standards and the evaluation of changes, an Appeals Board to adjudicate disputed citations, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement to investigate accusations alleging discriminatory retaliation in the workplace.

Sometimes they'll call this a "DOL card," because the Department of Labor (DOL) issues plastic wallet cards you can use as proof of training.
